EICR's

An EICR is a legal requirement for any rental property and for some mortgage and insurance companies but they are also ideal for peace of mind knowing that you and your loved ones are safe, for such a small fee I can tell you the safety of your full electrical installation and tell you if anything is faulty or dangerous.
